Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are usually dispatched the same day. Standard delivery takes 2–4 working days, or 1–2 working days with express.

Question 2

Do you ship internationally?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we ship to most countries. Delivery costs and times are shown at checkout, and any customs duties or import taxes are paid by the recipient.

Question 3

Can I track my order?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We email you a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched, and you can also follow it from your account.

Question 4

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Accepted Answer

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. If your order has not been packed yet, we will happily change or cancel it.

Question 5

Are all pieces handmade?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every piece is shaped and glazed by hand in small batches, then kiln fired, so each one carries its own marks and character.

Question 6

Will my item look exactly like the photos?

Accepted Answer

Very close, but not identical. As each piece is made by hand, glaze tones, speckles and shapes vary slightly, which makes yours one of a kind.
